We offer three types of 1 on 1 personal training sessions, and we can do this virtually or in person. 

  • 30 minutes for $100
  • 45 minutes for $120
  • 60 minutes for $160

Additionally, our detailed physical assessment, covering flexibility, mobility, strength, endurance, and potential injuries if present, lasts around 90 minutes and costs $200.

Based on the results, we create a custom plan tailored to your needs and guide you every step of the way.
