Our semi private fitness training program offers a unique approach – it’s not a boot camp or group class. This is a personal training program, but the sessions are done alongside three others, limited to four individuals. At the start, we do a physical assessment to determine your starting point, and based on that, we build a progressive overload program custom to your specific goals and fitness level.
This program includes four sessions weekly of 45 min, personalized nutrition coaching, daily accountability, and support to help you win the daily goals that we set so you can see consistent progress every week. Despite being more affordable than one-on-one personal training sessions, this program delivers identical results.
Our ability to personalize every aspect of your health and fitness journey sets us apart. We start by tailoring your nutrition plan to your dietary preferences, whether it’s flexible macro tracking or a custom plan that includes your favorite foods, eating-out options, meals on the go, and guidance while you travel and so on. This way, we make the journey very simple and easy for you without adding drastic changes and restrictions.
Additionally, we conduct a thorough physical assessment performed by our well known Athletic trainer to gauge your starting point and create a training program customized to your available equipment and injuries if present and fitness level. After we build your program, you’ll receive two virtual coaching sessions with one of our trainers designed to provide hands-on guidance, technique correction, and exercise demonstration to optimize the participant’s training experience and ensure proper form and progression. We keep it simple but effective so it’s easy to follow.
Following that, we’ll build your plan on Trainerize, giving you access to your personalized workouts with detailed instructions and videos. For accountability, you’ll have daily access to your coach, ensuring continuous support and weekly check-ins to track your progress and make necessary adjustments for ongoing improvement.
Our program also includes a comprehensive blood panel to assess your current health and hormone levels. With an in-house hormone expert on our team, we’ll analyze your blood panel results to personalize your nutrition, training, and supplements accordingly. Additionally, we provide support from an in-house gut health specialist for those requiring assistance in that area.
Even though this program is conducted online, it offers comprehensive personalization at a more affordable rate compared to our in-person options, all while delivering the same outstanding results.
Due to the pandemic, we’ve become really good at virtual training via camera. This method closely mirrors in-person sessions, allowing us to guide you on form, execution, and intensity. It’s ideal for travelers or those who prefer a trainer present during every session but prefer to avoid corporate gyms.
We offer two methods of nutrition guidance: flexible dieting, which involves tracking macros through an app, and a personalized nutrition plan tailored to your preferences and lifestyle.
The best part of flexible dieting is that you’ll develop a balanced approach to nutrition, enjoying your favorite foods while optimizing your diet. Here, we establish your macros based on your goals and provide daily support, feedback, and adjustments. Many of our clients share meal screenshots from the tracking app for optimization and typically adapt within 2-3 days, yielding results afterward.
Alternatively, for those who prefer to follow nutrition plan, we craft a customized nutrition plan to align with your busy schedule, favorite foods, and dining preferences.
