HORMONE HEALTH

Advanced Hormone Optimization for Metabolic Health & Peak Performance

Your training and nutrition are solid, but you’re still not losing fat, gaining muscle, or maintaining energy.

The missing piece may be your hormones.

Our hormone optimization programs give you expert-led guidance and precise lab-based insights so your metabolism, recovery, and overall performance can function at their best. With a personalized functional health assessment, we’ll identify imbalances, support your hormone balance, and give you a clear path to measurable results.

Expert hormone analysis backed by comprehensive lab testing

Hormones influence every aspect of your metabolism, energy, recovery, and performance. Without understanding your hormone profile, even the best training and nutrition plans can fall short.

We start with a comprehensive hormone analysis to pinpoint what’s working and what’s holding you back from progress.

Who Is This Program For?

Comprehensive Blood Panel

Comprehensive blood panel : CMP, CBC, Ferritin, Lipids, Vitamin D

Blood tests like CMP, CBC, Ferritin, Lipid panel, and Vitamin D check your body’s fluid balance, electrolyte levels, kidney and liver function, and iron levels. They can detect infections, anemia, immune system disorders, and blood cancers.

The Lipid panel assesses the risk of cardiovascular diseases. Vitamin D deficiency can lead to bone density loss, osteoporosis, and fractures.

These tests provide crucial insights into your cellular health, including cholesterol levels, anemia, and vitamin deficiencies, which can impact hormonal balance. Improving Vitamin D levels can help address multiple hormonal imbalances.

Full Thyroid panel

Thyroid stimulating hormone TSH, Free T4 , Free T3, TPO antibodies, Reverse T3 TSH stands for thyroid stimulating hormone

A full Thyroid panel is vital for detecting potential irregularities or diseases that can significantly impact fitness and health.

TSH measures thyroid-stimulating hormone levels and indicates thyroid problems if they are too high or too low.

Free T4 assesses thyroid function; low levels may indicate an under-active thyroid, while high levels may suggest hyperthyroidism

Free T3 is crucial

Free T3 is crucial for metabolism and overall body functions; its levels are evaluated in suspected thyroid disorders or pituitary gland issues.

Reverse T3, less common but important, is tested along with T4 to assess thyroid metabolism, especially if experiencing stress, depression, or other symptoms.

TPO antibodies help diagnose and monitor autoimmune thyroid conditions like Hashimoto’s thyroiditis and Graves’ disease.

Hashimoto’s leads to insufficient thyroid hormone production, while Graves’ causes overproduction, leading to hyperthyroidism.

Sex Hormone Panel

Sex Hormones: DHEA-5, Progesterone, Prolactin, Estradiol, Estrone, FSH, LH, SHBG, Testosterone, and DHT.

A sex hormone blood test is essential as it helps identify and assess potential imbalances that can impact reproductive health, sexual function, and overall well-being.

DHEA: Adrenal function, libido, immune system.  Progesterone: Calming, mood, sleep, libido, bone health.

Estrogen: Reproductive health, weight gain if imbalanced.  Prolactin: Diagnose prolactinoma, menstrual issues, low sex drive.

LH: Regulates ovulation, testosterone, and sperm productionTestosterone: Sex drive, muscle, sperm production

DHT: Male characteristics, muscle strength, lean mass.

Prolactin Levels: Diagnose prolactinoma, menstrual issues, and low sex drive

Estradiol & Estrone (Estrogen): Crucial for reproductive health, abnormal levels cause various problems.

FSH: Regulates menstrual cycle and sperm production.

LH: Controls ovulation and testosterone production.

SHBG: Low levels linked to obesity, diabetes; high levels to hepatitis, hyperthyroidism.

Testosterone Panel: Vital for sex drive, muscle mass, bone health.

DHT: Influences male characteristics, muscle strength, and weight.
